Targeted content created to direct teachers to more effective understanding, creation, and use of assessment tools in classrooms. This set of presentations addresses how to build comprehensive approaches to assessment at all stages of the learning process, as well as how to align, structure and deliver assessments so as to bolster students' self image and desire to learn. The content investigates methods to examine and improve the quality of the assessments being used in classrooms, and the practices under which assessments are being used in order to maximize the value of the data that they produce. Finally, the programs look at the systems by which that data is used to inform and modify instructional practice, and improve student success.
